For business entities an investor may choose a limited liability company, a free zone company, a branch office, a sole proprietorship or a representative office. 2 Submit a registration application to the licensing department of the Department of Economic Development in Dubai. 3 Get the company Memorandum of Association Notarized at the Department of Economic Development in Dubai.

4 Obtain trade license and commercial registration certificate from Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry by submitting the following company documents: the notarized Memorandum of Association; company name approval issued by DED; signed legal contract between investor and UAE National who is the legal representative of the company; original company approval from DED; due diligence of each partner. 5 Obtain a lease agreement for your office premises. Also, apply for an Establishment Card from the Ministry of Labour if you would like to employ a workforce in the Dubai office. 6 Obtain work visas for employees from Department of Naturalization and Residence.
