Ingredients 2 cups buttermilk 3 – 4 scoops vanilla/buttermilk/caramel/banana ice cream 3/4 cup pineapple juice 1/2 banana 2 – 4 tablespoons brown sugar (for taste) 2 cups milk (whole fat milk works best) Strawberry syrup (optional) Steps

Pour all of the ingredients except for the milk into a blender.

Blend the ingredients until it’s smooth (low – medium speed is perfect).

Add some extra ice cream for an increased sticky, gooey ectoplasmic appearance.

Pour the mixture into the 4 tall glasses.

Refrigerate.

Heat the milk in a saucepan at medium heat, until it begins to boil.

Remove the milk from the stove and wait for it to cool down. See that skin that has formed on top? That’s your spooky, ghostly ectoplasm! Scoop it up with a wooden spoon and gently pour the “ectoplasm” over the top of each milkshake.

Enjoy your homemade milkshake!
